Universities Superannuation Scheme (USS) invites applications for a Finance Change Lead to drive finance process change within the Finance Transformation Programme. You will identify, design and implement improvements to enhance customer experience, strengthen financial control and enable automation.
The role focuses on leading delivery across Accounts Payable, supplier onboarding and reporting, with a view to reducing manual work and improving controls. Hybrid work is available in the UK.

In your role as Finance Change Lead you will make a meaningful and valued contribution from the outset. This role will provide a great opportunity to be responsible for leading and delivering finance change activity as part of the Finance Transformation Programme (FTP). The role focuses on identifying, designing and implementing business process improvements to enhance customer experience, strengthen financial control, and enable automation and straight‑through processing.
