Finance Change Business Analyst

Location: London (Hybrid)
Contract: 6-Month Day Rate (Inside IR35)

Role Overview

A Finance Change Business Analyst is required to support the implementation of Oracle’s TRCS (Tax Reporting Cloud Service) as part of a global tax compliance initiative. The role involves identifying, analysing, and documenting system and operational requirements to enhance tax provisioning and compliance with global minimum tax (GMT) regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, analyse, document, and resolve process and system changes required for GMT provisioning.
  • Collaborate with the project team to align design decisions with the target operating model for end-to-end GMT compliance.
  • Support the Head of Tax in understanding project implications, including resources, timelines, complexity, and vendor deliverables.
Skills & Experience Required:
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within Insurance.
  • Strong track record in Finance Change projects (tax experience is a plus but not required).
  • Experience in process design, improvement, and workflow development (e.g., MSP, Visio).
  • Familiarity with Agile, SCRUM, Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher is a plus).
  • Ability to deliver complex process optimisation projects.
  • Project management experience, including planning, tracking milestones, and reporting progress.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage at all levels.
