Job summary

Chailey Heritage Foundation seeks a Finance Business Partner to shape financial decisions across services. You’ll lead management accounts, budgeting and forecasting, and provide clear financial analysis to help leaders understand the numbers and inform action.

You'll build trusted relationships, challenge assumptions when needed, and identify opportunities to improve reporting, systems and processes. You will deputise for the Head of Finance and support a collaborative Finance Team.

Qualifications

• Experience in management accounts, budgeting and forecasting.
• Ability to present complex information clearly to non-finance colleagues.
• Strong analytical and modelling skills with data-driven insight.
• ACCA or CIMA qualification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead on management accounts, budgeting and forecasting.
• Provide financial analysis and modelling to support decision-making.
• Develop clear reporting for managers and senior leaders across Chailey Heritage Foundation.
