Job summary

ICAEW is seeking a Finance Business Partner to support key operational areas with financial insight, budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting across the charity. You will work with operational stakeholders and improve reports while handling large data sets.

The role requires a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with charity retail experience preferred, and strong communication and Excel skills (PowerQuery). Flexible working and a competitive package are offered.

Your new role

You will work closely with operational stakeholders, providing financial insight, analysis and support to aid decision-making. The role will involve budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting and helping managers understand financial performance across their areas of responsibility. You will be improving reports and manipulating large data sets as well.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with previous experience in a Finance Business Partnering or similar. Experience within the charity sector, particularly supporting retail operations, would be highly advantageous. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential as well as advanced Excel skills with experience in PowerQueries etc.
