A leading financial institution in the UK is seeking a Finance Business Partner to support Credit Cards and Personal Loans. This role involves providing financial guidance, collaborating with stakeholders, and leading a team to drive strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate is a qualified accountant with strong analytical and communication skills. This Finance Business Partner role will support Credit Cards and Personal Loans within our Retail Finance team. Our Finance Business Partnering teams are integral to our success as a Society, working both within the wider finance team and directly with areas across the Society to ensure we achieve our strategic objectives and deliver value for our members. This role provides an excellent opportunity for someone to join a team that offers key stakeholders financial guidance, advice, and insightful analysis to support and challenge decision-making.
We are open to flexible working arrangements to support your performance. The weekly working hours for this role can range from 28 to 35 hours.
