Brainkind is seeking a Finance Business Partner to partner with operational and corporate teams, delivering robust analysis, budgeting support, forecasting and performance reporting.
The role focuses on turning financial data into actionable insights, supporting monthly reporting, budgets, business cases and strategic projects across the organisation, with hybrid working from the Midlands or North.
Location: Hybrid working based in midlands or north with travel to Brainkind locations as required
Salary: £36,900- £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Hours: Full Time, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday

As a Finance Business Partner, you will work closely with operational and corporate teams to provide robust financial analysis, budgeting support, forecasting, and performance reporting. You will act as a trusted advisor to budget holders, helping them understand their financial performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and outcomes.
You will play a key role in supporting monthly reporting, annual budget setting, forecasting cycles, business cases, and strategic projects across the organisation.
You will be a proactive and analytical finance professional who enjoys partnering with stakeholders and influencing positive business outcomes.
