Brainkind is seeking a Finance Business Partner to deliver robust financial analysis, budgeting support, forecasting, and performance reporting. You will advise budget holders and collaborate with operational and corporate teams to drive efficiency and sustainable growth across the organisation.
You will contribute to monthly reporting, annual budget setting, and strategic projects while building strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
Location: Hybrid working based in York, or another service North West/North East with travel to Brainkind locations as required
Salary: £36,900-£45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Hours: Full Time, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday

As a Finance Business Partner, you will work closely with operational and corporate teams to provide robust financial analysis, budgeting support, forecasting, and performance reporting. You will act as a trusted advisor to budget holders, helping them understand their financial performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and outcomes.
You will play a key role in supporting monthly reporting, annual budget setting, forecasting cycles, business cases, and strategic projects across the organisation.
