Qualifications

• Qualified or part-qualified accountant with management accounting/FP&A background.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use dashboards/BI to generate insight.
• Curiosity, constructive challenge, and ability to influence without authority.
• Comfort with AI-enabled ways of working and validation of outputs.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting and planning: maintain driver-based forecasts and propose actions.
• Performance analysis: interpret results and focus on trends and indicators.
• Commercial support: assist with fee proposals and contract/margin assessments.
• Working capital and controls: oversee WIP/debt hygiene via exception reporting.
• Process improvement: identify automation opportunities and define templates.
• Communication: present results to stakeholders with added value.
• Coaching: mentor Assistant FBPs and analysts to grow commercial awareness.
