About the Role

Are you a qualified finance professional looking to take ownership of high-impact reporting in a growing, fast-paced business? Node4 is seeking an ambitious and adaptable Finance Business Partner & FP&A Manager to join our Digital Division during an exciting transformation phase.

This broad role involves delivering timely, accurate, and insightful management information to support key decision-making. You will work closely with the Digital Financial Director and the wider business to provide analysis, challenge constructively, and help shape the future of finance within our organization.

Responsibilities

• Deliver timely and accurate P&L forecasts, cash flow analysis, and variance reports
• Prepare monthly Digital Division reports, including practice-level P&Ls, pipeline forecasts, and headcount tracking
• Build and maintain financial consolidation and gross margin reporting tools
• Present complex data clearly to non-financial stakeholders
• Monitor and report on KPIs such as billability, order book integrity, and sales pipeline health
• Partner across divisions to provide financial guidance and support change initiatives
• Prepare board reports and strategic financial insights
• Support integration of recent acquisitions and standardize financial processes

Qualifications and Skills

• ACCA or CIMA qualified
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a dynamic environment
• Experience working across different teams and levels
• Experience with Microsoft NAV/Business Central or similar ERP systems (desirable)
• Experience in the Technology or Services sector (desirable)
• Exposure to change management and post-acquisition integration (desirable)
