Job summary

A2Dominion are seeking a Finance Business Partner to provide data-driven financial insight and decision support across the business. You will build Power BI dashboards, perform financial modelling and support budgeting, forecasting and planning in a hybrid role from Ealing.

You will collaborate with managers and senior stakeholders to drive performance, improve data quality and enable AI-enabled ways of working within the finance function.

Qualifications

• Experience in finance, FP&A, business intelligence or data analytics with ability to present insights to support decisions.
• Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CIPFA) or relevant degree/qualification; equivalent experience considered.
• Advanced Power BI skills including dashboard development, data modelling and reporting.
• Strong Excel with large/complex datasets.
• Experience improving or automating reporting and business processes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers and senior stakeholders to provide financial insight, challenge and decision support.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports and data solutions.
• Identify and deliver automation opportunities to improve reporting, efficiency and data quality.
• Analyse financial and operational data, translating complex information into actionable insights.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, planning and performance management.
• Contribute to business cases, investment appraisals and value-for-money initiatives through robust analysis.
• Build relationships across the organisation to help stakeholders understand and use data effectively.
• Shape a modern, technology-enabled Finance Business Partnering function through continuous improvement, automation and AI-enabled ways of working.
