Job summary

A2Dominion is seeking a Finance Business Partner to deliver data-driven financial insight and decision support across its operations in London and the South. You will join a developing Finance Business Partnering function and use Power BI, automation and AI-enabled tools to modernise reporting and decision-making, partnering with business leaders.

You will create dashboards, build data models and support budgeting, forecasting and investment appraisal with robust analysis and clear storytelling

Qualifications

• Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA) or degree in data/analytics/IS/math.
• Advanced Power BI skills including dashboard development, data modelling and reporting.
• Strong Excel skills with large datasets.
• Experience improving, automating or redesigning reporting and business processes.
• Strong analytical skills turning data into insights for decision making.
• Experience presenting data to stakeholders including non-technical audiences.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Curious, proactive and solution-focused with continuous improvement mindset.
• Experience with Power Query, Power Automate, AI tools (Copilot), SQL, Python or Dynamics 365 is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers and senior stakeholders to provide financial insight and decision support.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports and data solutions to drive performance.
• Identify and deliver automation opportunities to improve reporting and data quality.
• Analyze financial and operational data and translate into actionable insights.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance management activities.
• Contribute to business cases and investment appraisals with robust analysis.
