Indigo is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join the Finance team based at Magor Group Head Office. The role maintains strong financial controls, provides insight, analysis and forecasting to drive commercial performance and profitability across the business.

This high-profile, commercially focused position requires close collaboration with Operations, Sales and Commercial teams, with a hybrid pattern of three days in the office per week to support effective decision-making and financial

Qualifications

• Qualified or part-qualified accountant.
• Strong commercial awareness and business partnering skills.
• Excellent Excel skills with financial data.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders across Operations, Sales and Commercial teams.

Responsabilités

• Track and report monthly project revenues and costs with Operations teams.
• Prepare month-end revenue and cost accruals and margin analysis by customer and project.
• Review contracts to ensure profitability and accurate reporting.
• Monitor accrued revenue and convert to invoiced revenue; investigate aged accruals.
• Support debt collection and cash recovery.
• Analyze gross margin variances and drive improvements with Commercial/Operations.
• Forecast revenues and costs to support planning and decisions.
• Attend departmental meetings to present forecasts and variances.
• Attend customer meetings to agree terms and invoicing schedules.
• Manage finance system settings, workflows and project structures.
• Assist with subsidiary reporting, balance sheets, audits, taxes, and ad-hoc reporting.
