About the Project/Role

This role reports to the Finance Business Partner for Strategic Projects and involves managing financial aspects of strategic investments in new services across Kantar Media. The role provides insights and strategic support to optimize financial outcomes such as profitability, cash flow, balance sheet management, and data-driven decision-making.

Job Role Requirements

Deliver on Strategic Projects

• Assist in building and modifying business cases, liaising with global teams
• Understand forecasting, track spend versus estimates
• Support audit processes for intangible assets
• Work with teams to resolve issues and manage risks
• Follow company policies and best practices

Support Costing and Pricing

• Help develop robust cost models for tenders
• Ensure clarity of key metrics like P&L and ROI for management
• Coordinate with stakeholders on costs and recharges

Other Responsibilities

• Classify and quantify risks
• Handle day-to-day queries and documentation
• Assist in audits and trend analysis

Candidate Requirements

Essential

• Semi-qualified (CIMA/ACCA) with 3+ years' experience in finance
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Office 365, financial modeling
• Data analysis skills, insightful and risk-aware
• Strong collaboration and communication skills

Desirable

• Experience in complex matrix organizations, industry experience
• Ability to work independently in ambiguous situations
• Fully qualified CIMA/ACCA or equivalent
