In this role, you’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to drive performance, influence strategic decisions, and help shape the financial future of the business.

Key Responsibilities Partner with operational and strategic teams to provide insightful financial analysis and support decision-making.

Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and performance reporting.

Translate complex financial data into actionable insights to improve business performance.

Challenge and influence business leaders on cost control, investment decisions, and risk management.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

About You Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).

Proven experience in a finance business partnering or commercial finance role.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities – confident working with non-finance stakeholders.

Ability to work proactively and independently in a fast-paced environment.

Strong Excel and financial modelling skills; experience with tools like Power BI, SAP, Oracleis a plus.
