Senior Finance Business Partner – Weybridge (Hybrid) | £75,000 - £85,000 + Exceptional Benefits

Talent Finance are proud to be working exclusively with a global organisation headquartered in Weybridge to recruit a Senior Finance Business Partner on a permanent basis.

This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you’ll partner directly with senior leadership, delivering financial insight and strategic advice to support informed decision-making across a complex, fast-evolving business.

You'll report to the Finance Director and work closely with business units and stakeholders, driving continuous improvement and influencing key business decisions in a truly transformative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis – Lead the budgeting and forecasting cycles, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Performance Monitoring – Track financial performance, providing actionable insights and commentary to business leaders.
Stakeholder Reporting – Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and key trend analyses.
Financial Integrity – Ensure accurate statutory reporting and compliance with IFRS.
Cashflow Management – Oversee daily cash management and collaborate with the Treasury team for effective liquidity control.
Business Partnering – Provide financial support and challenge to drive performance and guide investment decisions across the business.

What We’re Looking For:

Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CA) with strong post-qualified experience.
Expertise in IFRS and financial compliance.
Proven experience with SAP or Oracle systems.
Strong proficiency in Excel, including financial modelling and data analysis.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a confident, proactive approach to stakeholder engagement.

Location & Working Style:

Due to the stakeholder-heavy nature of the role, particularly during onboarding, a strong on-site presence is preferred initially.
