HCRG Care Group seeks a proactive Finance Business Partner for a 6-month fixed-term role, primarily remote. You will enhance financial performance by providing detailed analysis and reports, engaging with operational teams to drive efficiency. Ideal candidates hold a recognised accounting qualification and have experience in a financial role within healthcare.
HCRG Care Group is looking for a proactive and highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join us on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing the financial performance of the Business Unit within the wider national HCRG Care Group. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality management reports and providing timely, insightful analysis to support strategic decision-making and optimise contract performance.
This is a full-time, fixed-term position with the potential to become permanent. The role is primarily remote, with occasional travel as required.
