Elevation Senior Finance are delighted to be working exclusively with a long-established and highly respected family-owned business in West Yorkshire to recruit a commercially-minded Finance Business Partner. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a values-led organisation experiencing exciting growth and ongoing investment in their people and infrastructure.

As the Finance Business Partner, you’ll play a key role in driving financial performance, supporting strategic decisions, and enabling commercial success across the organisation. You’ll be responsible for building robust financial models, improving reporting frameworks, and offering actionable insights to senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership and departmental heads to provide meaningful financial insight
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
• Develop and enhance financial models to support long-term planning
• Provide timely and relevant cost centre reporting to drive accountability
• Contribute to efficiency improvements and cost-saving initiatives
• Play a hands-on role in supporting pricing, new product setups, and continuous improvement projects

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or QBE with relevant experience
• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrated experience in business partnering and financial planning & analysis
• Proficiency in financial systems such as Excel, Power BI, and Sage
• Confident communicator who can influence decision-makers and challenge constructively
