What you'll need to succeed

I am working with a long-standing Hays client who is looking for a Finance Business Partner with the following skills and experience:

• Proven track record in management accounting
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills (internal and external stakeholders)
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Skilled and in-depth analysis of large datasets
• Report writing and presenting
• Line management responsibilities.

The successful candidate will be fully ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified, QBE or actively pursuing their qualification.

What you'll get in return

The client is offering a starting salary of £45,272, hybrid-working with a maximum of 2 days a week in the office (initially), local government pension and enhanced holiday entitlement.
