Venture Recruitment Partners are delighted to be supporting a prestigious international business, based in Southampton, in their search for a Finance Business Partner on a 6 month contract basis.
Key Responsibilities include:

- Supply reliable, timely and accurate analysis of our financials to finance business partners and the wider business functions
- Review financial results & support understanding of performance drivers and variances, proactively identifying opportunities to improve performance and manage risk
- Support the capital planning and forecasting process
- Support other areas of the business performance agenda as required including Strategic Plans and Operating Plans

Key Skills/Experience include:
- Experience of a management reporting, planning or analytics function
- A relevant accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Large company background
- Business Partnering experience
