Primary responsibilities

• Develop and drive financial insights across the business, with specific business partnering for offices in Amsterdam & Paris.
• Manage reporting tasks such as management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and analysis.
• Engage actively in daily operations and support the development and delivery of the finance strategy alongside the Director of Finance.
• Build professional relationships, communicate effectively at all levels, and explain complex financial concepts to non-financial managers.
• Ensure compliance with accounting and business processes, and adhere to global accounting policies.
• Lead changes and improvements to align regional working practices and influence business decision-making.

Key experience and attributes

• Qualified accountant or qualified by experience.
• Experience in an international environment, preferably within a group structure.
• Ability to build deep internal and external relationships.
• Experience with multi-currency transactions.
• Strong commercial judgment, with confidence to challenge and influence.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately, resilient in a changing environment with shifting priorities.
