Responsibilities

Drive Strategic Decisions: Develop scenario planning and sensitivity analyses to guide our strategic direction.
Collaborate with Leaders: Partner with department heads to craft detailed budgets and assist with headcount planning.
Financial Reporting Excellence: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, complete with variance analysis.
Collaborative Efforts: Working with the Commercial Finance team on budget preparation, re forecasting, asset integration, flash reporting, and business partnering.

Executive Insights: Create executive dashboards and KPI tracking for insightful management and board reporting.
Performance Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analyses on business performance, uncovering trends and key drivers.
M&A Support: Play a crucial role in M&A activities, including financial modelling and integration planning.

Skills and Experience

ACA, ACCA, or CIMA - At least 1 year PQE
Private equity or venture capital experience
Demonstrable financial modelling and data analysis experience
The team is hugely collaborative, energetic, and thrives on change.
