About the Role
Reporting into the Head of Field Ops Finance North you will deliver a highly professional and thorough framework of performance management, control, and productivity optimisation your area.

You will:
• Influence and challenge operational teams through robust financial insight and commercial acumen.
• Monitor and evaluate performance to ensure initiatives deliver their intended value.
• Promote a culture of accountability and high performance, leveraging productivity and benchmarking analysis.
• Provide clear, independent assessments of risks and opportunities, with sound escalation where needed.
• Maintain and improve internal control frameworks across your remit.
• Play an active role in leadership meetings and national finance forums, contributing strategic and operational insight.

About You
You are a confident and proactive finance professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You will bring:
• Full accountancy qualification (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) or equivalent experience.
• Strong business partnering skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and challenge constructively.
• A solutions-focused mindset, capable of navigating complexity and driving change.
• Sound judgement and the ability to provide reliable, data-driven advice.
• A collaborative and resilient approach, able to both lead and support in a matrixed environment.
• A strong understanding of internal and external drivers that impact operational and financial performance.
