Finance Business Partner | Real Estate and Regeneration | Up to £60k

Neos Global Search is partnering with an innovative, multi-million-pound investment fund looking for a calibre addition to its core investment team.

A pivotal role at an exciting time in the company's growth. We are seeking top-tier real estate and property investment professionals to lead transactions and engage with both internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Assess ROI and performance of current and future developments
2. Report to the SLT on investment propositions, pricing, ROI, NPV, risks, and mitigation strategies
3. Build strong relationships with partners including advisory firms, investors, and industry rainmakers
4. Analyze business cases, risks, and perform gap, sensitivity, and scenario analyses

The ideal candidate will have:

1. Relevant professional qualification (e.g., ACA, CIMA, ACCA, CPA, CFA, MBA)
2. Ability to develop relationships at all levels and manage stakeholders
3. Proven experience in real estate and development finance
