We are seeking an experienced and business-savvy Finance Business Partner to join our regional finance team. This role will take the lead in financial reporting, regional budgeting, and business analysis, while actively partnering with cross-functional teams to drive operational and financial performance. Also, you will play a pivotal role in supporting strategic decision-making through data-driven insights and financial expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation and consolidation of monthly management reports, financial dashboards, and business performance reviews for regional leadership.
• Manage the annual budget, forecast cycles, and rolling forecasts across multiple markets/business units, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Provide insightful financial analysis, variance commentary, and business recommendations to support commercial, operational, and strategic initiatives.
• Act as a business partner to regional functional heads and country finance teams, providing financial insights and proactive advice to optimize business outcomes.
• Support and assess new store openings by reviewing forecasted figures and providing financial insights to aid decision-making.
• Continuously improve reporting processes, financial models, and analytics tools to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.
• Monitor key financial KPIs and identify risks and opportunities to regional profitability and growth.
• Support ad hoc projects and financial analysis as required by regional and corporate management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Professional qualifications (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred.
• At least 6-8 years of relevant finance experience, including strong exposure to financial reporting, budgeting, and business analysis.
• Regional exposure and experience in a business partnering role are highly advantageous.
• Strong analytical mindset, commercial awareness, and ability to communicate financial insights to non-finance stakeholders.
• Proficient in [ERP system, e.g., NetSuite] and advanced Excel / PowerPoint skills.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; Mandarin/Cantonese or other European languages is a strong plus to facilitate communication with HQ and regional teams
