An exciting opportunity has opened for a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to join the Technology & Operations division of a fast-growing, global financial services and technology business.

This strategic role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment and enjoys working closely with senior leadership to influence financial decision-making, drive performance, and support business scaling. You'll lead key financial processes including budgeting, forecasting, and investment analysis, while bringing valuable insights to support growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with senior operational leaders to provide financial guidance

Lead planning, forecasting, and performance reporting

Build commercial models and business cases to assess investment opportunities

Support resource planning and strategic decision-making

Drive improvements in financial processes and controls

We’re looking for someone who:

Is a qualified finance professional with strong commercial acumen

Has experience in finance business partnering (ideally within tech, operations, or FS)

Is confident in financial modelling and Excel

Communicates effectively with stakeholders at all levels

Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
