The role..

Join the fast-growing digital studio of ITV Studios – Zoo 55 – at the forefront of global content innovation. Launched in early 2025, Zoo 55 drives high-margin growth by improving the value of ITV Studios' IP across digital platforms, including YouTube, TikTok, Meta, FAST channels, and mobile games. Achieving 25B views and £60m revenue in 2024, we plan to double output by 2027. This involves content creation, global expansion, and platform innovation.

We’re looking for a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to help steer Zoo 55’s performance, provide strategic insight, and ensure strong financial governance in this high-growth area.

Some of your key day-to-day responsibilities may include:

1. Own and lead the Zoo 55 P&L, driving delivery of financial outcomes and critical metrics
2. Build and lead the financial operating model, collaborating across ITV divisions
3. Implement robust financial controls and processes in line with Group policies
4. Act as a key member of the Global Partnerships finance leadership team
5. Mentor and develop a Digital FP&A Analyst
6. Partner closely with the Zoo 55 leadership team, providing actionable commercial insights
7. Review and prioritise investment cases
8. Support systems development projects for finance and business teams
9. Lead preparation of long-range plans, budgets, forecasts, and monthly board reports

Skills you’ll need (minimum criteria)

1. Strong commercial Finance Business Partnering experience in dynamic global organisations.
2. ‘Startup mentality’ – agility, flexibility, willingness to ‘roll sleeves up’ and a focus on continuous improvement and adaptation
3. Experience of operating in a matrix structure
4. Ideally a qualified (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA), but would consider applications from an individual qualified by relevant industry experience to deliver the responsibilities outlined above

1. Experience partnering a function passionate about growth driving as well as cost management.
2. Experience working in the Media industry preferred.
3. Ability to influence decision-making among senior stakeholders, providing appropriate challenges.
4. A confident team player who is able to build relationships with differing levels of seniority
5. Well organised and proactive with strong attention to detail
6. Embraces ambiguity and proactively works with others harnessing diversity of thought to quickly determine how to deliver desirable outcomes.
7. Have a digital focus and results driven approach
8. The ability to translate strategic priorities to the team in a clear and concise way
9. Have a keenness and active approach to understand what the other business area’s do within ITV and their priorities, creating more cohesive thinking across the business
10. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
