Job summary

Cox Automotive in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to influence pricing strategy and drive profitability across the MVS unit. You will be at the heart of commercial decision‑making, providing robust financial insight and actionable recommendations that steer performance.

You’ll build relationships with stakeholders and lead a small team while deputising for the MVS Finance Director when needed.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification.
• Significant experience in Finance Business Partnering or commercial finance roles.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling capability.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into business recommendations.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and challenging constructively.
• Strong Excel skills and experience using ERP and reporting tools, with Power BI experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Owning budgeting and forecasting processes, delivering accurate financial plans and clear variance analysis.
• Producing insightful reporting and developing automated KPI dashboards that enable better, faster decision‑making.

• Building influential relationships with stakeholders across the business, providing support, challenge and commercial guidance.
• Leading and developing a small team while acting as deputy to the MVS Finance Director when required.
