Job summary

Notting Hill Genesis is seeking a Finance Business Partner to support financial management of estate and tenancy portfolios. You will work with NHG Places and Commercial Tenures, providing timely financial insight, planning, budgeting and reporting to influence decisions that benefit residents and customers.

The role requires strong analytical ability, excellent Excel skills, and a willingness to develop D365 and Power BI capabilities within a collaborative finance team.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted finance partner to NHG Places and Commercial Tenures, providing day-to-day advice and guidance.

• Produce and interpret management information and financial analysis for operational decisions.

# Vacancies Finance Business Partner## Job Introduction**What you’ll do**We’re looking for a collaborative Finance Business Partner to support the financial management of NHG’s holistic estate management approach and our diverse commercial tenures. As our Finance Business Partner, you’ll work closely with operational colleagues across NHG Places and Commercial Tenures. You’ll align financial management with business priorities and help teams improve effectiveness, efficiency and outcomes for our residents and customers. You’ll provide timely financial insight, support planning, budgeting and reporting, and help teams understand the financial impact of their decisions.
