Allen Lane Limited is recruiting a Finance Business Partner for a world renowned arts and heritage organisation. The role offers hybrid working with 3 days in the office and focuses on producing timely reports, monthly management accounts, and robust budgeting and forecasting support for budget holders.

The successful candidate will be a formally qualified accountant with experience in finance business partnering and strong communication to influence at all levels.

• Formally qualified accountant.
• Experience in a finance business partnering setting.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Open to sector experience (industry, charity or practice).

Responsabilidades

• Produce relevant, timely and accessible reports to enable budget holders to monitor financial positions.
• Lead the monthly management accounts pack with incisive analysis and commentary.
• Support budget holders to produce reasonable budgets and forecasts within agreed timescales.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure timely delivery and high accuracy.

A world renowned arts and heritage organisation are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join their team during this exciting time of growth.

Key areas of responsibility:

• Produce relevant, timely and accessible reports and ensure good dialogue to enable budget holders to monitor the financial position of their assigned budget(s)
• Working as a team with the other Finance Business Partners, lead on the production of the monthly management accounts pack, ensuring timely and accurate reporting and incisive analysis and commentary
• Support budget holders to produce reasonable and considered budgets and forecasts within agreed timescale
• Working as a team with the other Finance Business Partners, lead on budgeting and forecasting to ensure a timely process and a high level of accuracy and engagement

Who are we looking for?

• A formally qualified Accountant
• Relevant experience in a finance business partnering setting
• An excellent communicator who is able to influence at all levels within the organisation.
