This is a very commercially focused role, with a high degree of business partnering with leaders across the operational functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee monthly reporting of distillery costs, cost per litre of alcohol, and operational forecasts.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders, provide financial analysis, and support cost optimisation initiatives.
• Prepare monthly, yearly, and 5-year forecasts for distillery operations, contributing to strategic financial planning.
• Participate in steering committee meetings, manage insurance renewal data, and oversee yearly fixed asset identification.
• Communicate financial insights clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.

Previous Experience

Our client are seeking qualified or highly experienced PQ candidates from a Management Accounting or Finance Business Partnering background. Highly advantageous would be experience in a similar sector, preferably drinks manufacturing or other FMCG businesses. Strong communication skills are a requirement, and demonstrable experience balancing stakeholder relations is required.
