Job Details

Position: Finance Business Partner, Cheltenham

Salary: £40-45K Plus Benefits

Duration: 12 Months Fixed term contract

Responsibilities

1. Work closely with operations to provide analysis and challenge assumptions for budgeting accuracy.
2. Collaborate with the leadership team to develop financial awareness and deploy annual budget monitoring models, including communication and training.
3. Enhance financial reporting to improve financial insight, working with the Head of Finance.
4. Manage cash reporting, quarterly VAT returns, and related responsibilities.
5. Communicate effectively at all levels and maintain a customer-focused approach.

Requirements

1. Proven experience in a similar role or related field.
2. Strong Excel skills.

4. Ability to work collaboratively to resolve problems and implement change initiatives.
