Pure Resourcing Solutions Limited is partnering with an organisation in Cambridge to recruit a Finance Business Partner on an initial 3‑month contract. The role reports to the Senior Finance Business Partner and sits at a time of growth for the organization.

You will work closely to support management accounting, budgeting, forecasting and business partnering, analysing financial information for trends and variances, and providing training and guidance to budget holders.

Competenze

• Proven experience in a business partnering role.
• Excellent attention to detail and numeracy skills.
• Knowledge of Power BI is advantageous.

Pure are partnering with an organisation in Cambridge on the recruitment of an Finance Business Partner, this will initially be on a 3 month contract while the permanent position is recruited.

This role reports into the Senior Finance Business Partner and will facilitate communication and support between finance and the wider organisation, this role comes at a period of growth for the organisation and as they continue to grow you will be key in ensuring that financial and operational impacts are considered at all times.

The key duties are as follows -

• - Working closely with the Senior Finance Business Partner to support management accounting, budgeting, forecasting and business partnering.
• - Analyse financial information and identify trends and variances
• - Support in areas of the budgeting and forecasting cycle
• - Undertake agreed month-end activities
• - Provide clear financial guidance, training and support to budget holders
• - Provide flexible support across the finance team
• - Support with the development, implementation and improvement of financial controls.

You must have proven experience in a business partnering role and be comfortable taking on the above mentioned duties. Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and numeracy skills are essential in this role. You will ideally have used or have knowledge of Power BI.
