Job summary

Lightsource bp in London is seeking a Finance Automation & Process Manager to drive digital transformation within the Finance function. You will lead automation initiatives, design scalable workflows, and ensure on-time delivery with governance and security in mind.

Collaborating across finance and IT, you will manage roadmaps, run workshops, and leverage AI and analytics to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

Experience delivering digital transformation opportunities in finance
Strong governance, compliance, and security mindset
Proven stakeholder management and communication skills (written, oral and interpersonal)
Ability to present financial information to senior level stakeholders
Familiarity with SAP ECC/S/4HANA, Snowflake, Workday, and Microsoft Power Platform valued
Exceptionally strong analytical skills

Responsibilities

Lead finance digital transformation projects from discovery to implementation
Collaborate across finance functions to coordinate activities and dependencies
Identify, assess, and prioritise automation opportunities with enduring business value
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and process-mapping sessions
Oversee delivery through internal IT resources and/or offshore teams
Apply process improvement methodologies and leverage AI where relevant
Ensure governance, compliance, and security requirements are met
Manage programme roadmaps and dashboards to track benefits realisation
