Thriving Investments Limited is seeking a Finance Associate to join its growing investment business focused on affordable housing. You will support corporate finance activities, enable robust budgeting and forecasting, and provide insightful financial reporting to inform investment decisions.
You'll work closely with senior leaders including the Fund Finance Director, Financial Controller and Fund Manager, ensuring governance and debt covenant compliance across the portfolio.

More about your role
As a Finance Associate, you'll join a growing and ambitious investment business focused on delivering both strong financial performance and positive social impact through affordable housing. You'll play a key role in supporting the continued growth of ReSI LP and ReSI Homes, working closely with senior leaders including the Fund Finance Director, Financial Controller and Fund Manager.
In this varied role, you'll support corporate finance activities including financial modelling, debt financing, liquidity planning and capital raising initiatives. You'll help deliver robust budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting processes, providing analysis and insights that support investment and strategic decision‑making.
You'll also contribute to investor reporting and stakeholder management, supporting quarterly reporting, capital calls, distributions and responding to investor information requests. A significant part of your role will focus on supporting the financial management of ReSI Homes, including business planning, long‑term forecasting, board reporting, regulatory returns and lender reporting. Alongside this, you'll support audit, tax and compliance activities, ensuring strong governance, debt covenant compliance and audit readiness across the portfolio.
You'll be a qualified finance professional who enjoys working in a fast‑paced and commercially focused environment. With strong technical accounting knowledge and excellent analytical skills, you're comfortable interpreting complex financial information and turning it into meaningful insights that support business performance and strategic decisions.
You'll have a genuine interest in corporate finance, investment management and real estate, alongside the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. You're confident working with a wide range of stakeholders, from investors and lenders to board members and senior management teams. Most importantly, you'll bring a proactive approach, strong attention to detail and a desire to make a meaningful contribution to a growing organisation with a social purpose.
