Job summary

C&M Travel Recruitment is assisting a West London independent car rental company to recruit a Finance Assistant for a 5-6 month temporary role. The position is office-based with a pay rate of up to £15.50 per hour.

Core duties include purchase ledger coding and posting to Sage, supplier statement reconciliation, and monthly card reconciliations, along with monthly expense postings and reporting.

Qualifications

• Previous Accounts / Finance assistant experience.
• Experience of dealing with purchase ledger and month end tasks.

Responsibilities

• Purchase ledger - coding and posting of invoices to sage, reconciling supplier statements at month end, verifying bank details
• Monthly coding, posting reconciliation of corporate credit card accounts, petty cash, staff expenses
• Producing bi-monthly vehicle location reports
