Loom Talent is recruiting a Finance Assistant on a temporary basis for a fast-growing retail property specialist in Normanton, West Yorkshire, with hybrid working arrangements. The role offers a genuine opportunity to go permanent for the right person and sits in the Commercial team handling transactional finance tasks.

You’ll process invoices, raise sales invoices, manage credit control and support month-end reporting while developing experience across ledgers and customer/supplier

Competenze

• Experience in a finance, accounts or similar transactional role.
• Confident Excel skills; accounting system experience a bonus.
• A sharp eye for detail and the drive to resolve discrepancies.
• Clear, professional communication with colleagues, customers and suppliers.

Mansioni

• Processing purchase invoices, credit notes and expenses accurately and on time.
• Raising sales invoices, allocating receipts and resolving customer account queries.
• Running credit control for the division, from chasing through to resolution.
• Reconciling supplier statements and supporting month-end reporting.

Loom Talent is partnering with one of the UK's fastest-growing retail property specialists to recruit a Finance Assistant for their Commercial team in Normanton, with easy access from Wakefield, Leeds and Castleford.

They're the business behind the scenes when major retailers open, refit or roll out stores, delivering everything from construction and fixture procurement to projects and M&E installation. This role starts on a temporary basis with a genuine opportunity to go permanent for the right person.

What you'll be doing:

• Processing purchase invoices, credit notes and expenses accurately and on time
