Audika GB is hiring a Finance Assistant to join our Finance team. You will manage purchase ledger activities, process invoices and payments, and support month-end processes to help keep our financials accurate and timely.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Finance, Accounts Payable, or Purchase Ledger role.
• Good understanding of purchase ledger processes.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Competent in Excel.
• Positive, proactive and solution-focused with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and payments accurately and on time.
• Review and process employee expenses.
• Set up and maintain supplier accounts.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve queries.
• Support month-end activities and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Assist with ad hoc finance tasks.
