Job summary

Keeler Recruitment in King's Lynn is seeking a Finance Assistant to join a growing team on a permanent basis. You will handle the purchase ledger, assist with bank reconciliations, and support monthly management accounts at the King's Lynn site.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in a finance office, and ideally an AAT qualification (or final year studier). You will work both independently and as part of a collaborative team within a busy finance function.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' experience in a finance office.
• AAT qualified or final year studying AAT.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Managing the Purchase Ledger, including coding and posting invoices.
• Statement reconciliations and payment runs.
• Assisting with bank postings and monthly bank reconciliations.
• Managing purchase order processing.
• Matching purchase invoices and resolving supplier queries.
• Supporting the preparation of monthly management accounts for the King's Lynn site.
• Monthly sales and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Looking after the finance tasks of a new start-up company.
• Providing cover for Sales Ledger and Credit Control when required.
