Job summary

The Housing Network is seeking a Finance Assistant to support the Finance Manager in improving processes and maintaining accurate records at our Luton head office. You will work with internal departments to provide financial insights and support month-end activities.

We require approximately 2–3 years in a finance environment and part‑qualified ACCA or CIMA. The role offers a salary of £36,000 per annum with benefits including annual leave, cycle to work, eye care vouchers, and additional staff

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of accounting and bookkeeping principles.
• Experience supporting month-end activities and reconciliations.
• Ability to build relationships across teams to provide financial insights.

Responsibilities
