Job summary

Keeler Recruitment has partnered with a well-established organisation to recruit a Finance Assistant in Norfolk. The role offers a clear path for progression and focuses on intercompany recharges, reconciliations and financial administration, with increasing reporting responsibilities as experience grows.

You will join a supportive finance team, working closely with the Finance Manager and taking on responsibilities that develop into month-end management reporting and more complex financial

Qualifications

• AAT Level 4 qualification or equivalent experience.
• Experience within a finance/accounts environment.
• Strong Excel skills and confidence with financial data.
• Good understanding of reconciliations and double-entry accounting.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Good communication skills with the wider business.

Responsibilities

• Calculating and processing intercompany recharges by analysing financial data and using accounting systems and Excel
• Liaising with Group Finance Managers to ensure accurate and timely recharges
• Raising sales invoices and processing journals
• Completing monthly bank reconciliations
• Carrying out regular balance sheet reconciliations
• Providing ad hoc financial analysis and reporting to management
• Supporting the wider finance team with accurate and timely financial information
