Qualifications

• Experience in a management accounting or related finance role.
• Strong understanding of management accounting principles and financial controls.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and balance sheet reconciliation.
• Ability to interpret financial information and identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Experience using ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
• Strong communication to explain financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate management accounts and reports for stakeholders.
• Review financial performance and highlight variances, risks, opportunities.
• Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Complete balance sheet reconciliations and maintain robust controls.
• Ensure financial information is accurate and aligned with policies.
