Zusammenfassung

Goodman Masson is partnering with a growing technology and digital consultancy to recruit a hands-on Finance Assistant focused on supplier payments and basic cash reporting. You’ll manage invoices from receipt to payment, code transactions and support monthly close.

You’ll work with NetSuite or a similar cloud ERP, maintain supplier data, process expenses, raise customer invoices and assist with reconciliations.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience with a cloud-based ERP or accounting system (NetSuite or similar).
• Solid bookkeeping fundamentals including VAT.
• Experience following up outstanding debt and supporting cash reporting.
• Methodical, proactive approach and strong eye for detail.

Aufgaben

• Own the flow of supplier invoices from receipt to payment, including coding, approvals and scheduled payment runs.
• Set up and maintain supplier information in the finance system.
• Process employee expense claims and review company card spend.
• Raise customer invoices, chase overdue balances and handle billing queries.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and carry out routine ledger checks.
• Contribute to the monthly and annual close cycle.
