Qualifications

• Experience in a purchase ledger, accounts payable or finance assistant role.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and experience with accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and payments.
• Maintain supplier records and reconcile statements.
• Reconcile statements and school credit card transactions.
• Assist with bank reconciliations, cash postings, month-end and year-end processes.
• Support audit preparation and financial reporting.
