Job summary

Caraires Recruitment Limited is recruiting for a permanent Finance Officer for a Rugby-based charity. The role is Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, with hybrid working. The successful candidate will ensure the accurate and timely processing of income, payments, invoices and financial transactions.

You will support colleagues, volunteers, donors and suppliers, demonstrating the charity's values. Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP and pivot tables), clear communication, and the ability to work both

Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
• Clear concise communication and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Purchase ledger / invoice management experience is preferred, with understanding of finance operations in a small/medium organisation.
