Job summary

Keltbray is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join our growing Finance team in Thames Ditton. This role provides day-to-day support across a variety of finance functions, helping ensure financial information is processed accurately and efficiently while working with internal stakeholders and external contacts.

Qualifications

• Good academic background with a desire to pursue accountancy qualifications.
• Previous experience in an accounts or finance administration role is desirable, though candidates with limited experience and a strong willingness to learn will be considered.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with good organisation and prioritisation skills.

Responsibilities

• Update cash books and post transactions to the accounting system.
• Prepare and maintain intercompany reconciliations.
• Update fixed asset and prepayment schedules.
• Complete balance sheet reconciliations.
• Process supplier invoices and support payment runs.
• Assist with the preparation and posting of weekly payroll journals.
• Support month-end and year-end finance processes.
