The role requires accurate data entry, strong Excel skills, and the ability to collaborate with HR and client teams. Experience in similar roles and comfort with debits and credits are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process month-end journals.
• Complete weekly cashbooks on NetSuite and bank reconciliations.
• Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
• Collaborate with HR and Client Teams; manage manual payments.
• Assist with processing monthly expenses and the expenses mailbox.
• Assist with year-end preparation and audits.
