IMS Euro Ltd is seeking a Finance Assistant to join our growing finance team. This entry‑level role offers hands‑on training across accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations and month‑end support.

You should have strong numerical skills, excellent attention to detail, good communication and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Qualifications like relevant A‑Levels or BTEC are suitable; AAT study or finance qualification interest is advantageous.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and receivable, match invoices and PO’s, and track payments.
• Reconcile bank statements and ledgers to resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end close, accruals and prepayments.
• Handle employee expense claims and finance queries.
