Job summary

Care Concern Group is seeking a Finance Assistant to support financial health during the development and operation of care home properties. You will handle invoice processing, bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, cost analysis, and budget support across projects.

Beyond day-to-day tasks, you’ll contribute to audits, funding and management accounts, and admin support for resident monies and wages. The role suits a numerically strong, detail-oriented team player with Excel skills and familiarity

Responsibilities

• Invoice processing with clients, suppliers, and partners; ensure timely payments.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, and process payments with diligence.
• Track and reconcile bank statements to keep records accurate.
• Prepare concise cost analysis reports for leadership.
• Support budgeting processes and maintain budget trackers.
• Participate in annual audits ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Provide admin support for resident monies and wages processing.
• Keep project cost trackers up-to-date and precise.
