You will assist with supplier invoices, ledgers, reconciliations, client invoicing, expenses, and payment runs, while liaising with project

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, accounts, finance, or bookkeeping is desirable.
• Construction industry experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.

Responsibilities

• Assist with processing supplier invoices and subcontractor payments.
• Support purchase ledger and sales ledger activities.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve invoice queries.
• Raise and issue client invoices.
• Process employee expenses and company credit card transactions.
• Assist with weekly and monthly payment runs.
• Support payroll administration and timesheet processing.
• Maintain accurate financial records and project cost information.
• Assist with month-end reporting and finance administration.
• Liaise with project teams, site managers, subcontractors, and suppliers regarding financial matters.
• Support the Finance Manager with ad-hoc accounting duties and reporting.
