Job summary

Connells Group in Milton Keynes is seeking an EA Finance Assistant to join the head office finance team on a 3 Month FTC. The role provides first line accounting support to Finance Business Partners and Regional Directors, with a focus on commissions and payroll data.

You will compile monthly staff commissions, liaise with HR and payroll, and act as the initial point of contact for commission queries, while keeping accurate records and driving process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Compile and calculate monthly staff commissions and bonuses
• Liaison with HR, Payroll and the Business on personal details and commission schemes for employees
• First point of contact on the commission queries
• Ad hoc work as required
• Keeping stats on commission queries and implementing improvements to the existing process
